That’s why we only use specialty-grade coffee beans - the highest standard in the industry, representing the top 5–10% of coffee grown worldwide. These beans are handpicked for their quality, flavour complexity, and clean profiles — meaning no defects, no bitterness, and no settling for less.
Our beans are then slow-roasted in small batches to bring out their unique tasting notes — think dark chocolate, toasted hazelnut, rich caramel, and smooth earthy tones. We don’t rush the roast. We let the bean speak for itself.
