Golden Ticket Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Golden Ticket Giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted by The Laughing Pug PTY Ltd., ABN 52612464052, located at 9/45-47 Township Dr. Burleigh Heads 4220, Queensland, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
2.3. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM AEST on March 5, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on March 9, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, customers must make a purchase of $100 or more (in a single transaction) from the Promoter’s website https://www.thelaughingpug.com.au during the Promotion Period.
4.2. Each eligible purchase automatically grants one entry into the draw.
4.3. There is no limit to the number of entries per person; however, each entry requires a separate qualifying purchase.

5. Prizes

The following Golden Ticket prizes are available to be won:

  • 1-Year Coffee Subscription (1 winner)
    Grand Prize: The winner will receive a one-year coffee subscription, choosing either:

    • 12 x 1kg bags (any flavor) OR

    • 12 x 30-pack pour-over drip bags (any flavor).

The prize will be delivered in four quarterly shipments (three items per shipment).

  • 3 Months of Free Drip Bags (1 winner)
    We will ship a 100pk of pour-over drip bags (any flavour) to the winner, after announcement.

  • $50 Laughing Pug Gift Card (1 winner)
    Gift cards will be emailed to the winners after announcement.

Total prize pool value: 1,095.98 AUD

6. Prize Draw & Winner Selection

6.1. The prize draw will be conducted at 9/45-47 Township Dr. Burleigh Heads 4220, Queensland, Australia on March 10, 2025, at 12:00 PM AEST.
6.2. Winners will be randomly selected using a computer-generated system.
6.3. Each winner will receive one prize only, even if they have multiple entries.
6.4. Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw.
6.5. Winners’ names may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.

7. Prize Claim & Redemption

7.1. Winners must claim their prize by March 18, 2025 by responding to the Promoter’s notification.
7.2. If a winner does not claim their prize by the deadline, the prize will be redrawn on March 20, 2025, at the same location.

8. General Terms

8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
8.2. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other goods.
8.3. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
8.4. By entering, participants agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and image for promotional purposes, without compensation.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1. The Promoter will collect and store personal information of entrants to administer the Promotion.
9.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required for conducting the Promotion.

10. Liability

10.1. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained as a result of participating in this Promotion.
10.2. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the Promotion from running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion without liability.

11. Natural Disaster

The Laughing Pug PTY Ltd. reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the giveaway due to natural disaster affecting the business, and/or the employees of the business, and/or the product of the business.
