We’re coffee lovers in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. We started The Laughing Pug because we wanted a proper cup of coffee on the go, at home and at the desk - same as you, probably - and we couldn’t find one that didn’t require a machine, a steep learning curve, or a compromise.

How does the drip bag work, exactly?
Boil a kettle. Tear open the foil pouch. Hang the bag over any mug - the cardboard arms rest on the rim. Pour hot water through the bag slowly. Let it drip. Refill once more if needed. Total time: about three minutes. Then bin the bag and drink.
What’s the per-cup cost?
Around $1.50 to $2.00 per cup depending on the pack size and the blend.
How fresh is the coffee?
We’re based in Burleigh Heads, Queensland, where we pack and ship coffee we’ve carefully chosen, tasted, and stood behind. Our eco-packet drip bags carry a 6-month best-by from pack date. Individually foiled drip bags carry a 9-month best-by.
Can I subscribe?

Shipping?
Standard shipping is flat-rate, with free shipping over a threshold (see cart). Most Australian orders arrive within 3-7 business days depending on location.
What if I don’t like it?
Reach out and we’ll sort it. We’ve been doing this since 2019 and we want you to actually enjoy what you bought. There’s no value to us in selling coffee a customer regrets.
